Puyallup Fair Names Local Winners for Fine Arts, Home Arts

The Puyallup Fair has released lists of more local winners in the areas of Fine Arts and Home Arts.

Fine Arts winners include:

Enumclaw: Mary Ann Young, oils.

Buckley: Sally A. Zydek, oils and two drawings; Larry Foraker, mixed media; Sherry Mills, drawing; and Larry Simpson, computer art.

Wilkerson: Kristina C. Vandersnick, oils.

Bonnie Lake: Lucy Schwartz, two miniature, water media; Sandra Haley, two computer art; Barbara Waid, oils, miniature; Gloria Alexander, oils; Mary Reno Sperring, oils; Melissa Deckman, water media; Karissa Hunter, computer art; Richard Hunter, water media; and Rom Laverdiere, mixed media.

In the area of Home Arts, local winners include:

Enumclaw: Wynona Hasbrook, two small quilts, quit collection; Barbara Mertz, two small quilts.

Buckley: Cindy Larsen, three crochets; Grace Bannick, two lace and one crochet; Jennifer Matthews, large quilt; Nyla Poser, clothing; Kerri Cantrell, crochet; and Dodie Aitken, large quilt.

Bonney Lake: Kathryn Eytcheson, quilt collection, rugs and two large quilts; Mary Lou Finch, large quilt, small quilt; Bonnie J. Johnson, small quilt, clothing; Brynne Martison, knitting; Marilyn Murphy, quilt collection; Robb Winchell, stitchery; and Karen Cram, quilt collection.
