22nd Annual Plateau Health & Wellness Expo Coming Oct. 12 to Enumclaw High School

The event is co-sponsored by St. Elizabeth Hospital and the Enumclaw Regional Healthcare Foundation.

The 22nd Annual Plateau Health & Wellness Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, October 12 at the Enumclaw High School Commons. The event is open to the public and admission is free of charge.

Free shuttle service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please call the Enumclaw Regional Healthcare Foundation at 360-802-3206 to reserve your seat.

Events include free health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and osteoporosis. A limited number of free flu shots as well as free massage and reflexology will be offered. Information on senior housing, financial health and bike and car seat safety will be available.

For children, there will be a fire engine tour and demonstration and a performance by Reptile Man.  St. Elizabeth Hospital’s Cornerstone Café will provide food as well as free Mediterranean diet samples and recipes.

The Health and Wellness Expo is co-sponsored by Franciscan Health System’s St. Elizabeth Hospital and the Enumclaw Regional Healthcare Foundation.
