The City of Enumclaw will be featuring black and white photography taken by Enumclaw's Jeff Ross for its Gallery 2013 (June 6-July 2).

Ross uses multiple techniques and tools to create his outstanding photographs. His demonstrates a high level of skill with the latest technology as well as an interest in continuing to use some older technologies that are best suited for the images he wants to create.

"I wander a lot. Photography is my way of sharing the experiences I've had on my journey," said Ross, who lives in the foothills of Mt. Rainier in Enumclaw. "My black and white photography is a combination of traditional film as well as digital technology. Recently, most of my photos have been taken with a large format view camera which uses 4x5 sheet film. My prints are a combination of wet darkroom prints as well as archival pigment prints."

Gallery 2013 is located in the Council Chambers at Enumclaw City Hall at 1339 Griffin Ave. Hours for the exhibition space are 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Enumclaw City Hall is closed on national holidays. The gallery is closed to the public on Tuesday of each week for municipal court proceedings.
