Doin’ the Puyallup with Patch

Thanks to everyone who participated in our contest, and a special thank you to the Puyallup Fair folks!

Have you gorged on scones and French fries, whirled and twirled yourself sick on rides, and checked out the amazing products that were grown, raised or made by fellow Washingtonians?

Thanks to the generosity of the folks at the Puyallup Fair, Patch was happy to give away 280 tickets this month to give readers a chance at all that and more. Nicole Baker won our last family 4-pack last week and Greg Smith picked up the pair. Here are our winners from earlier weeks.

We’d love to see your photos and hear about your trips to the fair, so be sure to post in “Pics & Clips,” or even write a blog post. Or just tell us in the comments what you loved about the fair this year.

We’ve wrapped up our contest, but the fair runs through Sept. 23. So even if you didn’t win tickets with Patch, you can still enjoy the last of the summer weather and take in some entertainment. You’ll find fair deals and discounts here.

Hi, Susan and Lou. We do know that our events calendar has issues at the moment with incorrect timesRead More displaying, and our engineering team is at work to correct this. My best suggestion at the moment is to post a comment on an event with the correct time, if you aren't able to go in and edit an event that you previously posted. Our ownership has not changed -- we have been and continue to be a part of the AOL family. Our intent with the new design is to highlight the great content that our users create and share with the community. We know there have been some bumps with our launch and are working diligently to fix them. We hope you'll be patient with us and continue to share on Patch.
