Frugal Family: Spring Fitness and Flowers
Freebies (with some work) from Target, coupons for The Body Studio, flower deals and a fun night out for the divas are featured in this week's Frugal Family.
Fleet Feet, our very own local running and fitness store is hosting their Spring Diva Night on April 14 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 pm. This is a night focused on fitness and healthy lifestyles for women. There is free wine, cheese, and hors d'oeuvres, plus vendors with free samples and giveaways. It's a great way to meet other women who are interested in staying healthy! Only the first 100 "divas" to RSVP will be allowed, so go here to register before spaces fill up.
McLendon's is hosting a spring flower sale. Deals include 30 percent off spring bulbs, 25 percent off packaged bare root trees and shrubs and 20 percent off azaleas and camellias. Plus, they have bags of top soil (one cubic foot) for only $1.89 per bag. These deals are good through April 10.

All of the thrifty bloggers were excited about Target this week. These deals are great for people who already coupon, but also a great motivator and "how-to" for folks just getting started.
