Stars and Stripes Fouth of July Celebration
Where/When? Celebration breakfast at the Enumclaw Senior Center, 8 a.m.; Fourth of July parade on Cole Street, noon; Fireworks at the Fairgrounds, 9:45 p.m.

Crystal Mountain
Where/When? Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Why Go? Hey skiers, Crystal is still open! The Green Valley chairs are running weekends for skiers who still haven't had enough. For non-skiers, the gondola runs to the summit house offering amazing views of Mount Rainier and the White River Valley. The summit house also offers a great menu for lunch.

Sunrise Park, Mount Rainier
Where/When? Sunrise Park, Mount Rainer National Park; opens July 1, 8 a.m.
Why Go? Highway 410 will be open to the Sunrise turnoff this weekend for the park's season opening. Sunrise is the highest point accessible by car on the mountain and one of the most beautiful spots on earth.

Seattle International Beer Festival
