FREE FISHING WEEKEND – POINT DEFIANCE MARINA, TACOMA

WHEN? June 11-12

WHY GO? No license is required this weekend to fish in the open waters of Washington State. Although size limits, bag limits and some closures may be in effect, grab your pole and the family for a day of quality time. Anglers will be required to comply with a catch record.

SUMMER BBQ DAY – ENUMCLAW EXPO CENTER

WHEN? June 11-12

WHY GO? What better way to jump into summer than with a BBQ?  Sample a variety of tastes from professional BBQ teams serving up brisket, chicken, sausage, ribs and more!

WHY GO?  Bring the kids for an afternoon of crafting.  Make and take a life cycle key chain or bracelet while learning about the life cycle of our native salmon.

KIDS BOWL FREE – DAFFODIL BOWL, PUYALLUP

WHEN? All summer

WHY GO?  Enjoy this social pastime with a discount for the kids.  Sign up online for times and availability of free bowl.  Times vary per location and may not be available in all cities.
