Do you find yourself watching the array of singing talent shows on TV these days and think to yourself, I can do that, and I can do it better?
Here's your chance to prove it. Organizers for the Enumclaw Street Fair on July 20 and July 21 are now accepting entries for the Enumclaw Street Fair Idol contest.
To enter, here are the rules:
- Contestants must supply karaoke CD two weeks prior to the contest
- Contestants should have three songs prepared:
- Song #1 is 90-second song cut
- Song #2 is a 2-minute song cut
- Song #3 is a full song
- There is a $25 non-refundable entry fee; checks are made payable to Enumclaw Rotary
- Contestants must be between ages 12 and 20 as of July 21, 2012
- Solo vocal acts only/self accompaniment welcome
- Contestants accepted on a first-come, first-served basis based on available entry
