Reminder Bra Deadline is Today
Entries for the Bras for the Cause event in support of breast cancer awareness must be submitted by 3:30 p.m. today.
We checked in with Donna Elzenga, recreation coordinator at the Tuesday to see how the contest was going -- judging takes place Thursday -- and she reported they have more than a dozen entries already.
The contest encourages participants to tap into their creativity and decorate a bra in support of breast cancer awareness.
And judging will take place at an at St. Elizabeth Hospital's Rainier Room on Thursday, October 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. First, second, and third place winners will be selected. Winning bras and all qualifying entries will then be displayed at various business sites around Enumclaw.

Sounds good, right? Only thing is if you haven't completed and submitted your bra, you need to do so by 3:30 p.m. today!
Entry forms are available at the Senior Center as well as at Cascade House Assisted Living Concept at 2000 Mountain View Drive.
