With the kids headed back to school this upcoming week (in the Enumclaw School District, at least), and the weather continuing its pleasant pattern this weekend, many of you are undoubtedly squeezing as much out of the remainder of your summer as possible and likely in your own backyard at Mount Rainier National Park.
I've been no different. With the last of the snow finally melting out in August, my little family has gone and explored the likes of the Naches Peak Loop Trail and Second Burroughs Mountain at Sunrise. As of this weekend, the wildflowers are still gorgeous; this was also our first summer hiking with a little one and that in itself is an adventure.
I've got just a few pictures to get our MRNP Summer of 2012 gallery started here. Please share your adventure pics with us as well!
