Bras for the Cause: The Winners
Organizer Jobyna Nickum shared with Patch the winning entries in last week's Bras for the Cause contest held in support of breast cancer awareness.
Because October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Enumclaw Senior Activity Center held the Bras for the Cause bra-decoration contest and event last Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in order to bring awareness to breast cancer and raise funds to support local mammogram costs for disadvantaged woman, Jobyna Nickum, the center's manager said in an email to Patch Tuesday.
Enumclaw Mayor Liz Reynolds, St. Elizabeth Hospital Administrator Dennis Popp and Enumclaw Regional Healthcare Foundation director Rene' Popke were the officials judges for the event.
