Enumclaw and Buckley Photographers Recognized in Puyallup Fair Exhibition

The Northwest International Exhibition of Photography has been a part of the Puyallup Fair since 1937.

Larry Simpson, of Buckley, and Steve Le Penske, of Enumclaw, were among several Washington state photographers awarded for their work in the International Exhibition of Photography at this year's Puyallup Fair, according to a press release issued today.

The show is one of the top international photo exhibitions held in the Pacific Northwest and draws photographers from all continents. The exhibition is recognized by the Photographic Society of America, the largest non-profit international photography organization in the world. The Photo Salon, located on the second floor of the Pavilion, presented some of the finest photos submitted by international photographers.

Both Simpson's 'Engine No. 10' in large monochrome and Le Penske's 'Gracie on Swing' in small color were recognized with Judge's Choice awards.
