Gallery 2012 Presents Roger Young Photographic Exhibit

The exhibit at Enumclaw City Hall runs from Feb. 1 through March 6.

Buckley photographer Roger Young’s exhibit features regional landscapes that truly show the drama and excitement of Northwest landscapes. His works are highly professional and guaranteed to make others want to express themselves through photography.

Roger Young is the owner of Foothill Photography Studio. FPS was started in 2010, to take his years of hobby experience to the next level. Roger Young took up photography as a hobby in 1975, sold his first photo in 1978 and shot his first wedding in 1983. He has taken photography courses at three colleges, Green River Community College, University of Great Falls and Montana State University. He has won several awards in Photography at the Western Washington Fair. This year he had six photos accepted into the prestigious Northwest International Exhibition of Photography at the Western Washington Fair, and four photos accepted into the 2011 Washington Photographers Exhibition including being awarded a Judges Choice.

Roger specializes in landscape, nature, architectural, portrait and wedding photography. Roger will be teaching photography at the Green River Community College Enumclaw Branch starting in the Spring Quarter 2012.

Gallery 2012 is located in the Council Chambers at Enumclaw City Hall. 1339 Griffin Ave. Enumclaw, WA 98022. Hours for the exhibition space are 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Enumclaw City Hall is closed on national holidays. The gallery is closed to the public on Tuesday of each week for municipal court proceedings.
