Puyallup Fair Seeks Entrants For Photography Exhibition
Categories include Around Washington, animals and children.
Calling all photographers!
The Puyallup Fair is looking for entries to the fifth annual Washington State Photographers Exhibition. The fair runs from Sept. 9-25, and entrants must register online by 10 p.m. on Aug. 3.
Each Washington state photographer, age 16 and up, may submit up to four unmounted prints, ranging from 8x10 inches to 16x20 inches.

The seven categories are: Nature (unaltered photos); Portrait; Photo Travel outside Washington state (unaltered photos); Children; Animals (anything from pets to zoo animals); Around Washington; and General (non-specific).
Images previously accepted for exhibition at the fair are not eligible for entry, and exhibitors must own the copyright of all submitted images.

Rosettes will be awarded to first through third place, and additional ribbons will be given for “Judge’s Choice” and “Honorable Mention” winners. A daily “People’s Choice” ribbon will be awarded based on voting by fair guests. The “Best In Show” winner’s name will be added to the fair’s permanent plaque.
