Viewfinder: Enumclaw Whoville Christmas Parade 2011
Rather than steal Christmas, Mr. Grinch came ready to revel in the holiday celebration Saturday night during the Enumclaw Area Chamber of Commerce's 2011 Whoville Christmas parade.
With nearly 60 floats representing assorted businesses and organizations in the Enumclaw area, this year's Enumclaw Area Chamber of Commerce's Whoville Christmas parade drew huge crowds that squeezed onto Cole Street during Saturday's festivities, in spite of the biting cold.
Chamber organizers were very pleased with the turnout and called the event 'a huge success.' There were several float winners to call out as well:
- "Grinch"iest Float: Entry #21 - HELAC
- Best Cindy Lou-Who: Entry #29 - Cloverleaf 4H
- Best "Who" Musical Group: Entry #53 - Michelle's Dance Studio of Dance
In the battle of the bands contest, here are the results:

- 1st Place with $700: Sumner High School Band
- 2nd Place with $200 - White River High School Band
- 3rd Place with $100 - Enumclaw High School Band
