This weekend was a very Lorax weekend and I’m not ashamed that I was dragged in by it’s cuteness! We went to see the film on Dr. Seuss’ birthday and finished the weekend off with some Lorax themed pancakes and green eggs and ham at Ihop. All the joy made me want to create a Lorax themed cupcake of my own. The Truffula Trees reminded me of sweet and delicious cotton candy and I new I was on to a tasty treat!
