A Mini-Blog-Entry to Thank EHS Drama

Earth Day Every Day # 8

Tossing the bottle didn't go quite as planned at Friday night's performance of .  (Picture #2, but you had to have been there--ask someone who was....)  (It was a water bottle, wasn't it?  Oh.)

Well, speaking of water bottles:  This entry is mainly to thank Darrell Miller and the EHS Drama Department for their support of Spring to the Tap.  After seeing last week, Darrell made a decision to sell Spring-to-the-Tap bottles filled with cool refreshing Enumclaw water rather than offer commercial bottled water.  It was at some risk for Darrell to do this, as so much of the program and activities depends on fund-raising.  He took a chance that doing what seemed right would still raise funds for his kids.  I'm hoping it did.  (Also In the works is a plan for Austin to design a bottle especially for EHS Drama.)

This is one more step to help Enumclaw Spring to the Tap.  In appreciation, do what you can to support EHS Drama:  Attend their performances this year, buy a re-usable bottle with your intermission treats, make contributions, tell them thanks.  Go this weekend and see what is supposed to happen with that bottle-toss!
