Around the 'Net: Art Gamblin Motors' Snowman Contest Winner

The local dealership held a snowman contest that coincided with four consecutive snow days in January due to snow, ice and wind on the Plateau, and young Sidney Thomas took home the $100 grand prize.

Tyson Gamblin, of arrived at Southwood Elementary School Wednesday to surprise Sidney Thomas with her $100 prize for winning the dealership's snowman contest during an eventful weather week in January.

Sidney's headstand snowman received more than 180 likes on the dealership's Facebook page.

The contest took place the week of Jan. 17 through Jan. 20 when snow, ice and wind storms knocked power out for many residents and students at Enumclaw schools had an extra four snow days to dig in and build their snowmen.
