Enumclaw Resident Named to Sales Manager Post for America's Car Museum in Tacoma

The LeMay – America's Car Museum is set for a June 2012 opening in downtown Tacoma with Enumclaw's LeAna Reising taking the role of the museum's sales manager.

LeMay - America’s Car Museum (ACM) has appointed LeAna Reising, of Enumclaw, as sales manager according to a press release issued today.

Reising has worked in the local catering and events industry for nearly two decades, serving most recently as outside sales director for Pacific Grill Events and Catering. At ACM, she will serve as the primary contact for individuals and organizations seeking to have a unique event experience.

“LeAna brings a wealth of event experience to ACM, and her innate knowledge of local groups and organizations will serve the museum well,” said Madeira. “She will play an important part in helping us achieve our goal of making America’s Car Museum a vibrant gathering spot for the community and groups from around the country.”

The museum has also appointed Paul E. Miller, of Tacoma, as chief operating officer. Miller has been serving as ACM’s owner’s representative, overseeing the construction of the four-story, 165,000 square-ft. building adjacent to the Tacoma Dome. The former Tacoma city councilmember and deputy mayor is also a longstanding member of the museum’s board of directors and is the current secretary of the board.

The LeMay – America’s Car Museum is set to open this June in Tacoma and is intended to explore how the automobile has fulfilled a distinctive role at the core of the American experience and shaped our society.

The campus, located adjacent to the Tacoma Dome, also contains a 3.5-acre show field, theatre, café, banquet hall and meeting facilities.
