Short Power Outages Planned in Greenwater, Crystal Mountain Areas

Puget Sound Energy is working to better serve customers in Crystal Mountain and Greenwater areas by upgrading its Greenwater substation; this requires PSE to shut off power twice on Tuesday, Aug. 30 at approximately 8 a.m. and again in the evening after crews complete the work. Each outage is expected to last less than 10 minutes.
 
PSE is sending letters and calling the approximately 390 affected customers

The substation upgrade is expected to be completed in late October. The completion will require a similar set of outages that customers will be notified of in advance.
