Wind Advisory in Effect Through Saturday Afternoon

Gusts up to 45 mph are possible tonight.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the entire Puget Sound urban corridor through 6 p.m. Saturday.

South winds between 10 mph and 20 mph are expected to increase to southwest 20 mph to 30 mph winds, and gusts up to 45 mph are possible tonight.

Small trees and branches may cause power outages.

A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph or
gusts of 45 to 57 mph are likely.
