Have you ever dreamt about what you would do if you had a
sudden windfall of money?  Lucy Golden
inherited $25 million and set about making her dreams come true.  She had always wanted to be an innkeeper in
an inn created from a stone barn…which is the direction she begins with in Goldstone
Inn, Volume 1
,  Marilyn White’s first
published novel.  Lucy’s dream soon
expands to include a reunion with her high-school sweetheart, Jedidiah Jordan…when
unbeknownst to Lucy she hires his family construction company to build her inn.  This is a fictional story of romance, family
values and drama, humor, and mystery.
There are three additional books in this series:  Goldstone Inn, Volume 2; Goldstone
Weddings
; and Christmas at Goldstone Inn.

Marilyn’s other published book is also Christian Fiction, entitled Son of a Nun.  Adam Baxter, a private investigator, receives
a phone call from Marilee Santiago—the girl he nearly married over 20 years
ago.  She pleads with him to help her
find their son.  He is surprised!  He didn’t know he had a son and he hasn’t
heard from Marilee since her disappearance the day before their wedding
day.  Adam enlists the assistance of his
employee Barbie Boone to help with the investigation.  He becomes entrenched more and more with the
Santiago family—especially after he discovers that Marilee is hands off because
she is now a nun known as Sister Rose Lee.
Barbie solves the mystery of the missing young man, but falls into a
plot of lies and deceptions; cover-ups that the Santiago family had hoped to
keep buried forever.  Before she can
reveal her discoveries to Adam, she is drugged and kidnapped by the evil Drake
Delviro.  You’ll have to read the book to
discover if she can escape AND will Adam be able to convince Sister Rose Lee to
give up the habit?

Marilyn White has lived in Enumclaw with her husband for a
year and a half; before that they lived near Lake Tapps.  They are both originally from Kansas and
their marriage and reunion are the inspiration for her Goldstone Inn series;
they were also high-school sweethearts who found one another again after twenty
five years.
