If you are new to CrossFit, this course is a must. It is 6 classes over 2 weeks and includes your first month of CrossFit. CrossFit is scalable to anyone regardless of your current fitness level. We promise that you will exceed your goals if you work with us!

My best suggestion at the moment is to post a comment on an event with the correct time, if you aren't able to go in and edit an event that you previously posted. Our ownership has not changed -- we have been and continue to be a part of the AOL family. Our intent with the new design is to highlight the great content that our users create and share with the community. We know there have been some bumps with our launch and are working diligently to fix them. We hope you'll be patient with us and continue to share on Patch.

I agree the previous version was much better and I am not adjusting well to the new version at all.…Read More Its definitely not a better layout. Also have had many problems with the events calendar which may not even be fixable.
