Thanks April for the wonderful news article about our award at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show. We really appreciate the support you have given all the businesses in Enumclaw.
Keeping up with my creative wife and daughter has been quite a challenge. After entering the contest last year and seeing the other entries gave us an idea of what was expected so we "upped our game" for this year. Mary's idea for this year was a tall order as I had to figure out how to support heavy arrangements inside fragile umbrellas----and-----make everything so it would come apart for transportation. Several broken umbrellas later I had it figured out.
Sandy, from An Occasion Flowers in Enumclaw, also entered. We took turns going to the show during the week to check on the arrangements. Thanks Sandy for all your help during the show and for showing that Enumclaw can compete with the "big boys".
