Now the End is Clear

The computer forecast models have now spoken.  There shall be neither large snow storm nor Arctic cold air in our immediate future.

The high pressure protecting us shall gradually weaken until early next week Pacific storms will again bring us rain, wind, snow for skiers, etc., etc.

The longest dry spell in January in Seattle was 15 days from January 16th through the 30th in 1963 (the year I graduated from West Seattle High School).  This current dry spell will probably top off at 11-12 days.
