Arrest for Obstructing Justice, Property Damage and Suspicious Bank Activity in April 28 Blotter

Malicious Mischief: Property damage to flower beds and a bench was reported at a location on the 300 block of McDougall Avenue at 2:51 p.m.
Threats: Police took a report at 3:08 p.m. of threats being made in connection to a residence on Mountain View Drive.
Suspicious Activity: Police received a report at 7:22 p.m. of a vehicle whose passenger was seen trying to pry open the night deposit box of a bank on Cole Street at Stevenson Avenue. The responding officer did not locate the vehicle but no damage was found.

Disturbance: Police responded to a report of an out-of-control patient at St. Elizabeth Hospital at 9:11 p.m.
A man was arrested for obstructing justice at 11:52 p.m. after an officer saw a disturbance on Griffin Avenue at Porter Street.

Noise: Police responded to a noise complaint at a property on the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue at 11:32 p.m. There was a loud drum sound coming from a live band. The participants were asked to keep the noise level down.
