Arrest in Vehicle Pursuit and Unrelated Driver Hits Deer in Nov. 7 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Vehicle Pursuit: Police responded to Porter Street and McHugh Avenue at 12:09 p.m. to assist Washington State Patrol and King County with a vehicle pursuit that was involved in a collision. Trooper Julie Judson said the driver was booked after being released from the hospital Thursday morning. Patch will report more details as they are released.

Reckless Driving: A juvenile riding a two-stroke motorcycle was located on Initial Avenue at Lafromboise Street at 4:54 p.m. following reports he was seen racing up and down the road and counseled about reckless driving.

Car vs. Deer: Police received a report at 8:26 p.m. that a vehicle on State Route 410 at 244th Avenue S.E. hit a deer and sustained damage to the bumper and tail light. The deer fled into the wooded area nearby.

Suicidal: Police responded with aid to a location on te 300 block of Chinook Avenue at 7:17 p.m. for a report of a suicial female. She agreed to go to the hospital and was transported to St. Elizabeth.

Disturbance: Police responded to an apartment complex on the 2700 block of Warner Avenue at 8:37 p.m. for a report that a man and woman were arguing outside. The male had left the scene but the woman agreed to a voluntary commitment and was taken to St. Elizabeth.

Police responded to the 2000 block of Porter Street at 10:06 p.m. for a report of a domestic dispute involving an unwanted man outside the house creating a disturbance. He left the area; the woman was advised to obtain a restraining order.

Police responded to a residence on the 1400 block of Mountain View Drive at 11:17 p.m. for a report of an assault. The responding officer found that no assault had occurred but one party did leave at that time.
