Buckley Police: Three DUI Arrests, License Plate Stolen and Shed Burglarized

The following information from April 3 to April 10 was provided by the Buckley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 3, 2013

Mistaken 911 Call: Police responded to a residence on the 400 block of Main Street at 8:45 p.m. for a reported 911 hang up call. Two people at the residence reported the call was an accident. Meanwhile one person was found to have an outstanding felony arrest warrant and taking into custody.

Theft: Police responded to the 200 block of South Naches Street at 7 p.m. for a report someone removed the license plate from a utility trailer parked in the area overnight.

DUI: One person was arrested for DUI after police made a traffic stop on State Route 410 at Lower Cemetery Road at 10:25 p.m. for speeding. He was also in violation of his ignition interlock drivers license.

April 7, 2013

DUI: One person was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on the 28300 block of State Route 410 at 2:03 a.m. for speeding.

DUI: One person was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on State Route 410 at Jefferson Avenue at 3:17 a.m. for failing to dim his headlights.

Attempted Burglary: A resident on the 100 block of South Elsa Street reported at 8 p.m. that a back shed had been entered and items damaged.
