Enumclaw Police: Three Domestic Violence Arrests, Two Taken into Custody for Outside Agencies and One Cow in a Ditch

The following information from Sept. 4 and Sept. 5 was provided by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 4, 2013

Warrant Arrest: Officers took a suspect wanted on a Pierce County Sheriff's Office felony warrant into custody after a traffic stop on State Route 410 at 244th Avenue S.E. at 3:53 p.m. The driver was cited and released for driving with a suspended license.

Agency Assist: Officers detained a suspect wanted out of Thurston County for a no contact order violation after receiving information about his probably cause for arrest at about 6 p.m. He was taken into custody on the 200 block of Rainier Avenue at about 9:30 p.m.

Noisy Neighbors: Officers responded to a noise complaint on the 700 block of Wallace Avenue at 8:51 p.m. The offenders were warned to turn it down.

Domestic Disturbance: A woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault domestic violence after officers responded to the 1300 block of Roosevelt Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. for a report of an incident in progress.

Sept. 5, 2013

Bike Theft: A resident on the 2900 block of Porter Street reported at 12:32 a.m. that someone known to her stole her bike out of her yard.

Assault: Police took a suspect into custody for assault domestic violence after receiving an initial report of a situation at a property on the 1800 block of Lafromboise Street at 9:20 a.m. The victim contact police at the station and the suspect was arrested later in the day at about 1:15 p.m.

Burglary: A resident on the 300 block of Chinook Avenue reported at 11 a.m. that some time after 4 a.m., someone entered her home and stole her purse.

Property Damage: Police responded to a domestic dispute incident with reported property damage at a property on Harding Street at about 12 p.m. The suspect left prior to officer's arrival.

Fallen Cow: An officer responded to State Route 410 at Farman Street at 2:12 p.m. for a report of a loose cow in the ditch. The cow made its way back to the pasture.

Assault: Police arrested a man for domestic violence assault after responding to the 1500 block of Railroad Street at 4:10 p.m. for a report of a severely intoxicated man in the area. The victim of the assault also contacted police and verified the man was involved in the assault.Β
