Extra Patrol Needed for Misbehaving Parents and Work Vehicle Prowled in Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 Blotter

Friday, Oct. 12
Patrolling Parents: Extra patrol was requested for the 2000 block of Kibler Avenue around 3:10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 2:10 p.m. on Fridays due to parents parking in the cross walk when picking up their children from school. Parents do not cooperate when asked to move their vehicles.
Disturbance: One person was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital at 4:42 p.m. after police responded to a disturbance complaint at the 2700 block of Warner Avenue.

Port-a-Potty Tipped: Police received a report at 11:51 p.m. of juveniles associated with a small, grey car seen tipping over a port-a-potty at the Southwood soccer fields on McDougall Avenue. No one remained when the responding officer arrived. The company managing the port-a-potty would be out to take care of it.

Vehicle Prowl: Police received a report at 8:09 a.m. that a vehicle parked on the 3200 block of Chinook Avenue had been prowled earlier. Items taken included a chain saw, nail gun, air compressor and miscellaneous tools as it was the victim's work vehicle.
Loud Birthday: Police responded to a report of loud music from a location on the 2700 block of Warner Avenue at 10:15 p.m. It was a birthday party that was just ending.
