Sunday, Dec. 16

DUI: One person was arrested for DUI folloing a traffic stop on Loraine Street at Griffin Avenue at 1:09 a.m.

Lying: Police arrested one person for providing false statement after responding to a report at 9:44 a.m. that two people were seen leaving the area of a vacant house on the 1500 block of Railroad Street with bags of wire.

Monday, Dec. 17

Accident: Police received a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident at 5:24 a.m. on Griffin Avenue at Wells Street.

Tree Down: Police assisted State Patrol on State Route 410 at Greenwater at 6:30 a.m. for a report of a tree across the roadway. Motorists with chainsaws were able to clear the road and WSDOT also responded.

Shoplifting: A woman was arrested for investigation of theft and on other warrants at 10:31 p.m. on the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

Found Property: Police retrieved a suitcase from the 2800 block of Sun Mountain Drive at 10:50 a.m. and a bicycle from the 100 block of Semanski Street at 10:57 a.m. and brought them to the police station.

Burglary: Police received a report from a resident on the 100 block of Leo Place at 11:34 a.m. that someone had entered her home and removed an item.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

DUI: One person was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on State Route 410 at Warner Avenue at 1:39 a.m.

One person was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Semanski Street at State Route 410 at 2:19 a.m.

One person was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Semanski Street at State Route 410 at 2:23 a.m.

Throwing Rocks: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on the 700 block of Watson Street North at 10:57 p.m. They found an ex-domestic partner outside throwing rocks at the window but who agreed to leave.

Thursday, Dec. 20

Hatchet Found: Police retrieved a gray plastic hatchet from the 1300 block of Cole Street at 3:07 p.m. following a report that an intoxicated man left the hatchet there and was told he could pick it up from police later.
