Possible Vehicle Prowler at Mt. Peak Trailhead Dec. 5 Blotter

Stolen Vehicle Recovered: A stolen vehicle was recovered by a joint Puyallup Police and Piece County Sheriff's Office Vehicle Recovery Task Force from the 200 block of Rainier Avenue at 8:16 a.m.

Power Saw Found: A State Patrol trooper turned in a power saw and a case with blades in it to the police station at 11:32 a.m. after recovering it from Battersby Avenue at Porter Street. It may have falled off a work truck.

Vehicle Prowl: Police received a report at 5:43 p.m. that an unlocked vehicle on the 3000 block of Griffin Avenue had been prowled. Cash, a wallet and several checkbooks were missing.

Possible Vehicle Prowler: Police received information at 6:26 p.m. regarding a possible vehicle prowler in the area of Mt. Peak, on 276th Ave S.E. and S.E. 472nd Street. The suspect is associated with a red Firebird.

Workplace Dispute: Police responded to a business on the 1000 block of Griffin Avenue at 9:29 p.m. for what turned out to be an employment dispute between owner and staff, with alcohol involved. The situation was resolved.
