Juveniles Arrested for Mailbox Baseball in August 13 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Monday, August 13.

Traffic Arrest: A driver was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended following a traffic stop on Battersby Avenue at Railroad Street at 5:03 a.m.

Unknown Substance: An unidentified substance was found at 6:38 a.m. by a vehicle parked on the 1900 block of Wilson Avenue. Fire officials did a wash down and removed it.

Theft: Police received a report at 11:58 a.m. that prescription medication was stolen from a residence on the 2300 block of Rincon Avenue.

Graffiti: Police received a report at 4:38 p.m. that there was spray painting on the back of a building on the 2600 block of Kibler Avenue.

Harassment: Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant after responding to a report at 8:20 p.m. that the man who was inebriated was harassing a woman. He initially fled on foot.

Mailboxes Assaulted: Police arrested two people after responding to a report at 11:21 p.m. that they were seen driving by mailboxes on the 2500 block of Warner Avenue and hitting them with a bat. The driver was arrested for physical control; a juvenile passenger was arrested on felony juvenile warrants. Two other juveniles were released to their parents.
