Neighbors Report Suspicious Activities in Jan. 14 and Jan. 15 Blotter

Monday, Jan. 14

Suspicious Activity: Police received a report at 4:02 p.m. that a man and woman were seen peering into parked cars along Wilson Avenue near Porter Street. They were not located.

Police received a report at 4:28 p.m. that a suspicious vehicle was driving around the neighborhood of Michael Avenue at Cole Street. It was not located.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Speeders Beware: Extra patrol would be in place for the 200 block of Farrelly Street due to ongoing problems with speeders in the area.

Suspicious Activity: Police observed two people on a property on the 200 block of Semanski Street smoking at 2:30 p.m. Burglary tools were confiscated from one person and marijuana taken from the other.

Welfare Check: Police and aid responded to a home on the 1100 block of Griffin Avenue at 10:56 p.m. after it was found that a man had fallen. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital.
