Noise Complaints: An officer responded to a noise complaint at an apartment complex on Warner Avenue at 5:50 a.m. and made contact with the tenant who agreed to turn the music down before going out for a walk. A second disturbance report was received at 6:28 a.m. in relation to this tenant. He was not at the scene when police responded that subsequent time.

Accident: Police responded to a car vs. pedestrian accident on Railroad Street at Stevenson Avenue at 4:52 p.m. The pedestrian was evaluated and taken to St. Elizabeth.
