A fugitive wanted for a home-invasion and assault has been shot by Pierce County Sheriff's Deputies outside a motel in Buckley, according to the Tacoma News Tribune.
The suspect, identified as Justin Linn, was transported to the hospital for gunshot injuries, KOMO reports. No one else was hurt.
Police officers were responding on the 400 block if West Main Street at around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Buckley Police Chief Jim Arsanto said the situation was being overseen by the Pierce County Sheriff's Office.
