Pea Patch Vandalized, Shots Heard and a Burglary in September 5 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Wednesday, September 5.

Accident: Police responded to a car vs. sign and hydrant accident on Griffin Avenue at Garfield Street at 2 a.m. There were no injuries reported.

Pea Patch Vandals: Police received a report at 12:46 p.m. that plants in the community Pea Patch behind the library on First Street had been pulled out, and this was an ongoing problem. Extra patrol was requested.

Gun Shots Heard: Police received a report at 3:06 p.m. that multiple gun shots were heard north  of an area of Farman Street and Kimberly Avenue. The shots ceased when police arrived though hunting season has started and the shots could possibly have come from a private property in the county.

Burglary: An outdoor shed on a property on the 1800 block of Loraine Street was reported broken into at 4:39 p.m. Nothing was stolen and there were no damages.
