A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Friday, April 15 through Monday, April 18.
Friday, April 15
Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint against Crystal Saloon on Roosevelt Avenue East at 12:29 a.m. The officer who responded reported that a loud bass could be heard even with the soundproof shutters closed. The business was asked to turn down the bass.
Animal Complaint: A horse was reported in the middle of the road on Porter Street at 2:08 a.m. Police checked and did not find a horse in the roadway -- it was found in the middle of a field off of S.E. 424th Street.

Another loose horse was reported in the area of Porter Street and McHugh Avenue at 11:45 a.m. As the horse was not located within city limits, police contacted the proper authorities to respond.
Two loose dogs were reported on State Route 164 at 244th Avenue S.E. at 4:39 p.m. The reporting party was concerned they could get hit. Officers checked the area but didn't find the dogs.

Drugs: Several suspects were cited and released for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Roosevelt Avenue East at 12:22 p.m.
Flasher: Police received a report of a man exposing himself to passing people and vehicles on Monroe Avenue at 4:43 p.m. They made contact with the suspect but the reporting party didn't want to press charges. The man had previously been cited for trespassing.
Juvenile Harassment: A man reported he and his sister were being harassed by a group of juveniles at their home on Schmid Street at 5:29 p.m. They were reportedly pounding on the windows and doors of the house. Police made contact with the group and advised that if they returned, they could be charged with harassment; they agreed to leave.
Neighbors on Alert: A resident on Myrtle Avenue reported that someone was pounding on their door at 9:40 p.m. but did not see who it was.
Saturday, April 16
Noisy Neighbors: Police received a loud bass complaint against the Crystal Saloon at 12:16 a.m. The officer who responded found the soundproof shutters were up and the bass could only be heard when standing in front of the shutters; therefore it was an acceptable noise level.
A resident on Wells Street reported lots of loud music coming from a residence above at 3:23 a.m. Police made contact and asked that they turn it down; they agreed to keep quiet the rest of the night.
Assault: One person has been arrested and booked for fourth degree assault domestic violence at a property on Chinook Avenue at 6:57 a.m.
Juveniles: Police received a report of juveniles climbing a fence and building at a location on Watson Street North at 2:32 p.m. All were advised to leave the area.
Three male juveniles were reportedly creating a traffic hazard on Florence Street at 5 p.m. by darting in and out of traffic in front of passing vehicles. They were warned to stay out of traffic.
Harassment: Police received a report of harassment at an apartment on Watson Street North at 3:56 p.m. that involved the reporting party's brother's ex-wife and was concerning an ongoing custody battle. They were advised that if she were seen again at the complex, to call police.
A man was taken into custody for criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct after he was seen leaning against the reporting party's vehicle on Warner Avenue at 7:51 p.m. and then hitting the vehicle with his fist before going into a nearby apartment. He appeared to be intoxicated.
Animal Complaint: Police received a report of a yellow lab wandering loose around a parking lot on Garrett Street at 7:19 p.m. It did not have a collar and the reporting party was concerned it might wander into the road. Police were not able to locate the animal.
Neighbors on Alert: A resident on Peterson Drive East reported someone rang their door bell at 9:57 p.m. and left. Police checked the area but didn't locate anyone.
Sunday, April 17
Neighbors on Alert: Police received a report of several people standing by a vehicle on Michael Avenue at 1:58 a.m. that had a broken window. The responding officer determined it was a case of malicious mischief -- someone threw a brick through the window. The vehicle's owner declined to pursue prosecution, indicating he knew who did it and was going to clean up the mess.
Police received a report of a 1985 gray Honda Accord driven by a man described as about 50, white with gray hair and a heavy build that was following and tried to lure the victim to his car on two occasions on Monroe Avenue at 3:38 p.m. Police have some information about the vehicle's license plate.
Police received a report of two men walking around the reporting party's house on Chinook Avenue at 9:38 p.m. and then heard in the backyard. The officer who made contact found the men were looking for their dog.
Theft: A weed eater and blower were reported stolen from a shed in a yard on Loraine Street at 7:28 a.m. There are no suspects at this time.
Assault: A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault domestic violence in the presence of a minor following a report of an assault in progress on Chinook Avenue at 10:27 p.m.
Driving while License Suspended Arrest: One person was arrested and booked for third-degree driving while license suspended on Blake Street at Warner Avenue at 1:12 p.m. They were transferred to to booked on a warrant from Bonney Lake.
A driver was booked for third-degree driving while license suspended following a traffic stop on Roosevelt Avenue East at 10:28 p.m. The passenger was also booked for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive his vehicle.
Possession: A woman who turned herself in on a warrant at 7:37 p.m. was found to have drug paraphernalia in her possession.
Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint at a location on Roosevelt Avenue at 11:13 p.m. A disturbance was developing between tenants over loud music; it was turned down when police arrived.
