A roundup of police reports from Monday, April 4.

Drug Paraphernalia: A marijuana pipe was confiscated from a driver and one passenger following a traffic stop on Adams Avenue at Jensen Street at 1:02 a.m. No charges were filed.

Tree Mischief: A resident on Chelsea Lane reported that someone pulled a tree out of the ground on their yard at 5:04 a.m. This was the third time it has happened though it's the first time it was reported. An officer noted that the tree had been pulled out and then dragged across the lawn.Β 

Not a DUI: A driver was stopped on Porter Street at Davis Avenue at 9:35 p.m. for a possible DUI, but no alcohol on breath was detected.

Threats: A woman at a property on Pine Cone Avenue reported threats involving juveniles at 9:50 p.m. An officer spoke with her about options -- she'll look into an anti-harassment order.

Overnight Parking: A white van was seen parked in the McDonalds parking lot on Roosevelt Avenue for several hours prior to the manager leaving for the night at 11:53 p.m. She requested police contact the van's occpuants and let them know they couldn't park there overnight. An officer made contact and advised they needed to make other sleeping arrangements.
