Police Blotter for Aug. 14-15

German Shepherd found.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw Police
Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Shepherd found: A purebred German Shepherd with no identification was found on Griffin Avenue and brought to the police lobby. King County Animal Control picked him up.

DUI arrest: A traffic stop on Roosevelt Avenue and Garrett Street resulted in a man being taken into custody for DUI. He was transported to Buckley police for processing then taken back to Enumclaw police, where he was cited and released.

Bad license: Officer observed vehicle crossing center line on State Route 410. Man was taken into custody for driving with a suspended license and a non-extraditable warrant out of Kelso.

Felony arrest: Man knocked on door on McHugh Avenue stating he was out of gas and needed to get to hospital. He walked off leaving vehicle parked in front of house. About 45 minutes later reporting party saw man as a passenger. Officer returned and took female into custody on felony warrant. Another warrant out of Auburn was for
possession of burglary tools.

Pot arrest: Traffic stop on Griffin Avenue and Montgomery Avenue resulted in driver arrested, booked and released for possession of marijuana.

Money not safe: Money missing from save on Battersby Avenue. Staff conducting internal investigation.

Rubber wallet found: Men’s rubber wallet with I.D. found along highway near Buckley. Later property released to owner.

Wallet returned: Wallet found on Griffin Avenue. Officer gave it back to owner, containing I.D. and $62.

Speeding in town: Report of black Mercedes and white mini van speeding in town in Roosevelt Avenue – Farman Street North vacinity.
