Police Blotter for Feb. 4 to Feb. 6
Police report no incidents related to the Super Bowl or the weekend wine festival.
Friday, Feb. 4
Suspicious Semi: Police received a report of a semi truck that was hauling vehicles, which was parked in the area of Griffin Avenue and Fell Street at 3:50 a.m. It appeared the driver unloaded one of the vehicles and left the area. Officers made contact and found that the driver was using one of the vehicles to take a blown-out tire on the semi-truck to a tire shop for repair.
Rocks Thrown: A 13-year-old boy was taken into custody on two counts of malicious mischief after he was reported to be throwing rocks at staff at Enumclaw Middle School through a broken window at 9:57 a.m.

Broken Windows: Police received a report of windows being broken on a Cedar River Academy bus parked on Fell Street at 12:13 p.m. It is unknown exactly when this happened and there are no suspects.
Neighbors on Alert: Police received a report of a vehicle that was parked on the Enumclaw Foothills Trail at 1:10 p.m. The vehicle belonged to a company hired by the city to maintain the wetlands and workers were working on the sprinkler system.

Police received a report of a girl between ages 3 and 4 who appeared to be without adult supervision in the area of Garfield Street and Griffin Avenue at 5:03 p.m. Upon arrival, they were unable to locate.
Saturday, Feb. 5
Noisy Neighbors: Police received a noise complaint from The Crystal Lounge at 12:19 a.m. An officer who responded found the shutters were up -- the business was contacted and asked to turn down the bass, and they did.
Police responding to complaints of loud motorcycle engines in the area of McKinley Street at 11:38 p.m. asked subjects to quiet down.
Loose Horse: Police received a report of a horse on the loose in the area of 244th Avenue and Griffin Avenue at 4:16 a.m. They were unable to locate. Later on, they responded to a second report of a horse on the loose in the area of Griffin Avenue and Semanski Street at 7:32 a.m. Then, police contacted the horse's owner, and it has been placed back in pasture.
Attempted Vehicle Theft: Police responding to a report of an attempted theft of a vehicle parked on Cole Street at 4:25 a.m. found that it had some damage to the lock. There were no other witnesses or suspects.
Two-car Accident: Two vehicles involved in an accident on Garrett Street and Roosevelt Avenue at 3:14 p.m. did not result in any injuries. One driver was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license and released at the scene.
Angry Dog: A resident of Bondgard Avenue East reported a dog belonging to a neighbor that is aggressive and chases other neighbors when it is let out. Officers responded and found the dog in the yard but no one was at home.
Attempted Break-in: Police received a report of a man attempting to break in to an apartment on Warner Avenue at 11:55 p.m. They were unable to locate a suspect.
Sunday, Feb. 6
Noisy Neighbors: An officer responded to a loud music complaint from The Crystal Lounge at 12:47 a.m. that the bass music could be heard on Mountain View Drive. He asked the business to quiet down. Shutters were up on arrival.
Minor in Possession: Officers responded to a report of two people prowling an area of Myrtine Street at 2:44 a.m. They arrested one juvenile for possession -- he was later released to parent.
Egging: A residence on Phillips Avenue was egged overnight, along with a vehicle. The resident believes they know who egged his property; there is no evidence at this time.
Shoplifting: Police were unable to locate the suspect in a theft from a business on Roosevelt Avenue at 4:03 p.m.
A difference business on Roosevelt Avenue was the victim of a shoplifting at 7:44 p.m. -- an employee was able to identify the suspect. Officers were unable to locate but do have probable cause for arrest.
Home Burglary: A home on Natalie Place was reportedly burglarized. The resident reported at 5:46 p.m. that the door was unlocked and paperwork was missing. There are no suspects or witnesses.
Reckless Driving: Police received a report of a speeding vehicle on McHugh Avenue at 10:25 p.m. that hit a garbage can and pushed it into a neighbor's fence.
