Police Blotter for July 29

Man reported for having a Budget rental truck parked for a week.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

Suspicious circumstance: Officer responded to call about a man associated with a Budget rental truck parked in the same place for a week. Subject said he is staying with a relative before moving to his new military post next week.

Involuntary commitment: Police received a third-party report of a possible overdose. Enumclaw police and fire responded; subject was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for involuntary commitment.

Theft: Police were called regarding the theft of a motor boat sometime in a 12-hour period. There were no witnesses and no suspect. A report was filed.

Harassment: Officers made contact with all parties involved with ongoing harassment and explained to them their options for stopping the harassment. The parties settled upon contact.

Illegal campfire: Police and the Enumclaw Fire Department responded to an illegal campfire at Ellison Park. The fire was extinguished and the subjects left.

Noise complaint: Officers did an area check after a complaint was called in regarding loud flamenco music. The caller was unsure of which address it was coming from; responding officers were unable to hear anything.
