Police Blotter for June 14 and June 15

The following arrest information was supplied by the Enumclaw police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, June 14

Not Theft: The shoplifting of two bundles of wood had been reported at the QFC on Monroe Avenue at 12:53 a.m. and police did contact the suspects. However, the store staff declined to press charges, issuing a one-year trespass notice against one of the suspects. Later in the morning, store staff contacted police to inform them they reviewed surveillance footage and it turned out the suspect only took one bundle of wood that he paid for -- not two. The trespass letter was voided.

Neighbors on Alert: A woman reported witnessing a drug deal in the area of Jensen Street at 1:03 a.m. Police followed up but found no problems.
