On the loose: An officer patrolling on Sun Mountain Drive witnessed a possible car prowl. A man ran into a back yard and may have hopped a fence. A white man in his late 40s with long gray hair, an orange cap and blue jeans appeared to have hunkered down, the officer’s report says. Officer contacted homeowner, who would not let
police search the garage. Subject was told to call police if she found anything missing. Later the suspect was identified and he had a felony warrant and two other warrants.

IPOD back: A reporting party on Martin Way said someone would not return an IPOD. If the IPOD is not returned, officer will come back and take a theft report.
