Stolen Bike, Assorted Complaints in Sept. 18 Blotter

Bike Stolen: Police received a report at 4:51 p.m. that a blue 20-inch kids 'torker' bike was stolen from Southwood Elementary sometime the previous night.

Dog Complaint: Police received a complaint at 5:58 p.m. about two dogs whose owner lets them run loose in the area of the 1500 block of Division Street. The responding officer made contact and advised the owner of the care and control ordinance in the city. The owner brought them into the house.

No Fly Zone: Police received a complaint at 7:18 p.m. of a subject flying a remote controlled plane in the area of the soccer field by Southwood Elementary while practice was going on. The responding officer suggested the man fly the plane elsewhere when there was practice; he said he was finished for the night anyway.
