Disturbance: Police investigated a report of a fight on the 3300 block of Larsen Avenue at 3:39 a.m. and stopped an associated vehicle leaving the scene.
Police responded to the 1400 block of Battersby Avenue at 12:05 p.m. for a report a man was causing a disturbance. He had reportedly assaulted several people but none wanted to file charges.
No Pit Bulls: Police contacted a man seen with a pit bull on Warner Avenue at Noble Fir Circle at 8:05 a.m. and advised him of city ordinances against having pit bulls as pets in city limits.
Shoplifting: Police trespassed a man at 10:05 a.m. who reportedly was entering a business on the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue and taking items without paying for them.
Guard Your Cellphone: Police received a report from a woman at 2:42 p.m. that she had given her cell phone to a man to charge the battery but upon taking it back, she noted he had been in her photo file and emailed photos to another phone number. It was unclear from this report if she knew the man prior.
No Racing: Police cited one person for driving while license suspended after responding to a complaint on the 1000 block of Cole Street at 2:51 p.m. that a vehicle was racing in the alley way.
Theft: Police took a report at 9:18 p.m. that jewelry was stolen from a home on the 1200 block of Kibler Avenue in the last few weeks. Possible suspects were given to police.
