Two Vehicle Prowls, a Burglary and a DUI Arrest after Driver Hits Parked Vehicle in Nov. 13 and Nov. 15 Blotter

Tuesday, Nov. 13

Accident: Police responded to a blocking accident on Porter Street at Griffin Avenue at 4:23 p.m. and cited one driver for third degree driving while license suspended.

Thursday, Nov. 14

Drugs: Police cited and released a driver on drug charges following a traffic stop on State Route 410 at 244th Avenue S.E. at 1:29 a.m.

Vehicle Prowl: Police received a report at 5:28 a.m. that a vehicle on the 3200 block of Harding Street had been prowled sometime between 7 p.m. the previous night and when it was reported. The vehicle wasn't damaged though the glove box and center console were rummaged through. Nothing was missing.

Police took a report at 8:55 a.m. of a vehicle prowl that occurred on the 1400 block of Garfield Street. Nothing was taken.

Burglary: Police responded to a location on the 1600 block of Farrelly Street at 8:31 a.m. for a report that a burglary occurred there earlier in the previous night.

Bike Stolen: A bicycle was reported stolen at 8:50 a.m. from a location on the 2100 block of Wells Street.

DUI: Police arrested a driver for DUI and for hit and run of an unattended vehicle after following up on a report at 5:43 p.m. that the vehicle had severe lane travel issues and also hit a parked car, after they were contacted in a driveway on the 2400 block of Griffin Avenue.
