Weed Wacker Stolen from Truck, Neighbor Claims Harassment in August 2 Blotter

A roundup of Enumclaw police reports from Thursday, August 2.

Traffic Arrest: A driver was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop on the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue at 2:10 a.m.

Trespassing: A juvenile with a trespass notice for a business on the 1000 block of Monroe Avenue was seen at the location at 3:04 a.m. and was released to brother.

A man who was sleeping in his truck at an apartment complex on the 300 block of Chinook Avenue for the last week was told at 7:55 a.m. that he had 24 hours to move his truck out of the parking lot.

Harassment: A resident on the 1300 block of Battersby Avenue reported at 7 a.m. that they were being harassed by another resident and that it had been going on for quite some time. The other resident denies harassment.

Lost Property: An e-reader was reported lost from the 300 block of Griffin Avenue at 3:51 p.m.

Dogs: Police received a complaint about a barking dog at 4:41 p.m. at a property on the 200 block of Charwila Lane. The owner was asked to keep the dog inside instead of on the balcony.

Theft: A weed wacker was reported stolen at 5:08 p.m. out of the back of a truck on the 200 block of Jewell Street.

Suspicious Person: Police responded to a report of inappropriate contact with a minor at 6:22 p.m. at a location on the 900 block of Roosevelt Avenue and found the situation was a misunderstanding. However, an associated subject was arrested on a warrant from Pacific.

Domestic Disturbance: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute at 9:09 p.m. at a property on the 2700 block of Warner Avenue.

Hi, Susan and Lou. We do know that our events calendar has issues at the moment with incorrect timesRead More displaying, and our engineering team is at work to correct this. My best suggestion at the moment is to post a comment on an event with the correct time, if you aren't able to go in and edit an event that you previously posted. Our ownership has not changed -- we have been and continue to be a part of the AOL family. Our intent with the new design is to highlight the great content that our users create and share with the community. We know there have been some bumps with our launch and are working diligently to fix them. We hope you'll be patient with us and continue to share on Patch.

I agree the previous version was much better and I am not adjusting well to the new version at all.Read More Its definitely not a better layout. Also have had many problems with the events calendar which may not even be fixable.
