Incident Of The Week:
Date: 3/10/13
Time of Call: 00:31
Tim's Narrative:

KCFD 44 was called to a motor vehicle accident where a car had rolled several times and the passenger of the vehicle was ejected from the car. The 9-1-1 call reported that the passenger was unconscious but breathing. The driver was walking around with injuries. The call also reported that the car severed a telephone pole.

Once firefighters arrived on scene they immediately started providing aid to the unconscious patient who was ejected from the car. Paramedics took the unconscious patient to the hospital due to foggy conditions and Airlift was unavailable. Paramedics began CPR on the patient in route to the hospital. We did not have confirmation on the outcome of this patient.

The driver of the vehicle had injuries and was transported to the hospital via an ambulance.
