What's it look like when a bunch of donkeys crowd into the gym at Enumclaw High School, ridden by a bunch of people trying to play basketball?
You'll get to find out on Saturday, March 2 when the high school's senior class, with the support of teachers and administrators, host a Donkey Basketball fundraiser to help pay for class activities through the rest of the year.
School District Superintendent Mike Nelson is reportedly putting together a community team while senior advisor Christy Weinbrecht is overseeing a staff team; the students themselves will also be forming two teams.
According to Donkey Sports, Inc., the company helping to put on the event, the donkeys will be wearing rubber shoes to keep from damaging the gym floor.
The money raised goes towards the senior class and helps pay for the expenses of prom and graduation announcements.
Ticket prices will be $5 for kids in K-6 grade, $7 for students in 7-12 grades, and $9 for adults.
The event begins at 6 p.m.
